Year 1: 2018 iKrom started to be Carbon Free
The CO2 emmissions of 8,8 t/year related to consumption of materials, energy and travels were compensate according to the protocol of the Green Initiative Organization of Brazil (Iniciativa Verde). In 2018 iKrom sponsored the planting of 57 native trees.

Year 2: 2019
To neutralize iKrom emissions in the 2019/2020 period, 57 more native trees would be needed. However, we decided to contribute with 143 trees to the next annual Green Initiative Carbon Free Certification Cycle. Thus, with the total of 200 trees planted during 2 years of services we achieved the goal of 100 native tress/year of activity. 1) National Museum RJ, restoration due to fire - SDG 4; 2) USP - University of São Paulo, Research COVID-19 - SDG 3; 3) ISA Institut Amazon, planting 54 native trees - SDG 15; 4) Green Inititative, Carbon Free Karting, planting 11 natives trees - SDG 15; 5) Green Initiative, emissions neutralization - Carbon Free Program, planting 50 trees. Since iKrom started operations 300 native trees were planted.

In this fourth year of activity the COVID-19 was responsable for the decrease in our activities such us in-person visits and international trips. Although our carbon fooprint have reduced because this situation, we have maintened the planting of 189 native trees and even increased our voluntary collabotration. This year period (2021-2022) we collaborate with a total of 189 native trees for the reflorestation of deforested areas in Atlantic Forest.Details and audit of this action are available at http://iniciativaverde.org.br/ . Since the beginning of iKrom's activities we have contributed with the planting of 489 native trees.

Planting of 50 trees. The accumulated value of native trees planted since the beginning of activities reached 604 native trees, which is equivalent to 3,624 m2 of reforestation in deforested area.
